Dégustation, journalistes, notes de presse - Château Boutisse
Château Boutisse 2010
" Very fresh, showing enticing plum, currant and boysenberry fruit, with lots of mouthwatering minerality and a long, spice-filled finish. Dense but pure. A suave wine in the making. Barrel tasting. "

WineSpectator, James Molesworth - 18/03/2011
Château Boutisse 2010
" The nose is well-defined with just a hint of espresso interlacing the ripe black fruits and the Cabernet Franc imparting a hint of bell pepper. The palate is full-bodied and peppery on the entry "

Château Boutisse 2010
" Sample seems very slightly tired on the nose but there is ambition a go-go here. Like a mini Pavie! Very concentrated and mineral. I’d keep this quite a while. Chock full of energy. "

Le Point, Jacques Dupont - 12/05/2011
Château Boutisse 2009
" A backward, but potentially outstanding 2009, this obscure vineyard near the super-impressive overachiever, Fleur-Cardinale, possesses a dense purple color in addition to a big, pure nose of smoke, camphor, blackberries, and cassis. Deep, tannic, rich, and full-bodied, it will benefit from 1-2 years of cellaring, and should drink well for 10-15. Drink 2011-2026. (Tasted two times). "
Note: 88-90+
Robert Parker - 01/04/2011
Château Boutisse 2009

Château Boutisse 2009
" This has a lifted ripe red-berried nose, with touches of orange zest, vanilla pod and cherry liqueur. Moderate definition. The palate is medium-bodied with svelte tannins, nicely balance with ripe black cherry, blueberry and cassis, nicely poised on the finish. A modern style Saint-Emilion, deftly made. Drink 2012-2019. Tasted March 2010. "

Château Boutisse 2009
" Skillful consulting efforts with Alain Raynaud has contributed to the quality of this solid and concentrated wine. Its opaque purple hue is followed by aromatics of plum liqueur, blueberry, meat juices, crème de cassis, and burning embers. The 2009 Boutisse is plum infused, full-bodied, dense and fabulous with a silky edge and a nice definition to the fruit. This fresh, deep, and seamless wine offers outstanding potential. Maturity period: 2013-2023. "
Note: 90-92
Periodic Review of Bordeaux Wines, Alan Duran - 01/03/2010
Château Boutisse 2008
" Both fresh and ripe. Zesty and fragrant on the mid palate, even slightly floral. Dense but in no way heavy. Long. Drink 2012-18. (JH) "

Jancis Robinson/Julia Harding - 15/04/2009
Château Boutisse 2008
" A strong effort for this fairly-priced cuvee, the 2008 is one of the finest wines I have tasted from Boutisse. Displaying spicy oak, tobacco leaf, licorice, and smoky elements intermixed with sweet red and black currant fruit, this ripe, round, generous St.-Emilion is ideal for drinking during its first 12-15 years of life. "

Robert Parker - 30/04/2009
Château Boutisse 2008
" This is a ripe, fleshy, toasty, modern-style version, boasting rich layers of raspberry ganache, crushed plum and boysenberry fruit, held together by stylish, fine-grained structure. Extra spice, anise and graphite notes fill in on the finish. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink now through 2016. 7,000 cases made. "
